We are seeking an energetic Daycare Teacher to join our team! The quality of our care has resulted in being Texas Rising Star Certified! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Execute learning and activities that are developmentally appropriate
- Execute a daily and weekly lesson plan (as applicable)
- Provide basic care and caregiving activities including potty training
- Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
- Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience not required but preferred.
- Experience with children desired but not required
- Strong understanding of child development
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
We have a position available working with our toddlers (18-24 months) or two year old's. The exact classroom will be determined after the interview and job offer. Our operation hours are 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. Monday thru Friday. Closed on holidays.
Compensation: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
